The art of paper folding for students teachers and parents.
The art of paper folding was popularised in Japan. The folding of paper into art forms was started in China. As we all know China invented paper.
The art of folding paper is called origami.
There are three types of origami( paper folding art).
1. Single sheet origami : That is different art forms are created folding a single paper in various ways. Example animals, paper bags, dolls etc.
2. Modular origami : Where same shape paper folding is pasted to form a larger art form. Flower petals , leaves to make wall hangings
3. Composite origami : Here a model is made from two or more different pieces of paper each folded in different ways. stars, decoration pieces,
