How to make Paper party Caps.
This is paper party caps making craft activity for kids and adults. This craft activity can be done for birthday party or occupy kids in craft classes.
Here are steps to make party paper caps.
Step 1
Materials required : Card paper, coloured A4 papers, thread, pencil, glue and scissors.
Step2
On the card paper using pencil draw a circle of 7 inches diameter. Cut the outlined pencil mark. Your template is ready.
Step3.
From the center draw a smaller circle of 5 inches diameter. Connecting the smaller circle from the center draw four lines in right angle. Cut on the lines.

Step4
Cut coloured papers in small triangle, square or any random shapes like hearts, diamonds.
Step 5
The caps is ready. These can be decorated with coloured papers. Attach thread or ribbon to the caps.
